Tandoori Waldorf Salad

1/2 head of Cauliflower, cut in small florettes
1 medium Zucchini, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, cut in half
1 Gala apple, cut in small pieces
3/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
12 oz.  Soft Silken Tofu

1/3 cup Nayonaise (egg-free mayonaise)
1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice
1/4 tsp. Stevia
1    Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Tandoori Blend*, from Spice Hunter

Blend sauce ingredients together then stir into fruit, veggies and nuts.

Tandoori Blend (from Spice Hunter) contains:  Coriander, ginger, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, turmic, nutmeg, cayenne, pepper, cardamom, paprika.

(Another spice I use a lot from Spice Hunter is:  Orange, ginger, pepper blend)
